The official version

Rewards terms & conditions

  1. Membership is free. Alley+ is open to guests 18 or older with a valid U.S. mobile number. One account per phone number. Enroll online, or ask your server or bartender to set you up.
  2. Earning points. Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on food and beverage at The Alley Grill & Tap House. Give your phone number to your server or bartender when you start or settle your tab — points can't be added once a check is closed.
  3. What doesn't earn. Points are not earned on bowling, shoe rentals, arcade, billiards, league fees, private-room rentals, gift card purchases, tax, or gratuity.
  4. Redeeming rewards. Every 250 points unlocks a $20 reward toward a food & beverage purchase. Rewards must be redeemed in person, have no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with certain other offers or discounts.
  5. Expiration. Points and unused rewards may expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
  6. Text messages. By enrolling you agree to receive automated transactional and, if you opt in, marketing texts at the number provided. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
  7. Program changes. The Alley may modify, suspend, or end Alley+, or change the earning and redemption rates, at any time without notice. Accounts obtained through fraud or abuse may be closed.
  8. Powered by Toast. Enrollment and account lookup are handled by Toast. Your use is also subject to Toast's Terms and Privacy Statement.
